Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. We may request proof of purchase or photos of the product before approving a return.

Please note:

  • Items damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or mishandling are not eligible for return.

  • Sale or discounted items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your return is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
