After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email along with your sales receipt. You can also request a copy by contacting our customer support team or visiting our Lahore office directly.
To return an item, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt. We’ll guide you through the return process from there. Please note, customized fabric cuts and sale items are non-returnable.
Yes, we regularly restock our inventory. If a product is marked “out of stock,” feel free to reach out to us and we can provide an estimated restock date or recommend a suitable alternative from our Durafab or digitally printed fabric collections.
